Quality management system
Review the legal holder, site, covered activities, certification body and validity.
Supplier qualification
Quality evidence needs to match the entity, manufacturing site and product proposed for your project. This page explains what to request and how to review it; it does not publish certificate scans or batch reports.

A management-system certificate applies to the entity and site identified on it. It does not automatically certify every product sold under a brand. A test report should identify the model, sample or lot, method and conditions covered by its results.
Document review
First confirm which documents exist and can be shared for the proposed site and product. This list does not claim that Kalstor or every supplier holds each certification.
Review the legal holder, site, covered activities, certification body and validity.
Check that the certificate scope and site match the proposed manufacturing route.
Where your project requires it, request evidence for the relevant site. This does not establish automotive qualification for every device.
Request the declaration or test evidence applicable to the selected part number and product materials.
Product evidence
The inspection plan and available records are confirmed per model and order. Describing a test method does not mean it is performed on every unit.
Part number and revision; capacity, interface, dimensions, temperature, performance conditions and applicable endurance limits.
Tool and version, tested capacity, write/read pattern, sample size, date, lot identification and results or errors.
Host, firmware, workload, temperature, procedure, acceptance criteria and limits of the test conclusions.
Prepare your supplier review
Include the host device, application, expected volume and document checklist. Confirm document availability and disclosure restrictions before approving the order.
